Directive 2014/35/EU does not require accreditation and notification of conformity assessment bodies issuing certificates of conformity. The document confirming the safety of the product (declaration of conformity) is drawn up and signed by the manufacturer, who assumes full responsibility. In some cases, if required by the buyer, tender or conditions of application of various funds, including co-financing, we can issue a Certificate of Conformity to Directive 2014/35/EU.
