Rights and obligations of the certificate holder.
The certificate holder has the right to publicly announce the existence of the certificate and refer to the certification in accordance with the scope of certification. In the case of certification for compliance with CE marking requirements, module ‘B’ — to mark products with CE marking. The certificate holder may not use the certificate in advertising or catalogues in such a way as to mislead interested parties.
The certificate holder may request the transfer of rights arising from the certificate in the event of a change in legal status.
During the period of validity of the certificate, the certificate holder shall, in accordance with the adopted conformity assessment system, carry out checks in accordance with the regulatory document.
The certificate holder has the right to apply to the certification body for recertification in the event of a change in product design or replacement of components.
Auditors authorized by SIA International Centre for Quality Certification – ICQC will be granted access to the premises of the enterprise covered by the certificate.
The certificate holder shall maintain a register of complaints and measures taken in response to complaints and, at the request of SIA International Centre for Quality Certification – ICQC, shall provide information on complaints relating to certified products.
